1.1 Cancellation Policy
SaaS Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the service period.
IoT Devices: Once purchased, IoT devices cannot be returned or exchanged.
1.2 Refund Policy
SaaS Services: All payments for SaaS subscriptions are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will terminate at the end of the billing cycle.
IoT Devices: No refunds are available for IoT devices once purchased.
